Local Soldier named Soldier of the Year for 35th Engineer Brigade (Park Hills Daily Journal)FARMINGTON ? Spc. Kristopher Moore, of Farmington, was awarded this month the Missouri Army National Guard 35th Engineer Brigade Soldier of the Year.
